Membership includes hunting from October 1st through first part of April, Fishing, Hiking, Biking, Picnicking, Land to work/walk your dog, and Discounts to Sporting Clays (open year-round).

Illinois hunting licenses are required to hunt on the property. Non-residents need a non-resident preserve license.

Hunting Packages
Since 1949, the grounds of the Hunt Club of Richmond, have been visited by thousands of local sportsmen. October 1st marks the beginning of hunting season when our members are anxious to get afield and get their hunting companion in shape for the upcoming season. We offer ring-neck pheasant, and chukar in the early fall.
Reservations are required for all member and non-member hunts.
Relax and enjoy the Midwest's only natural outdoor hunting facility. Since 1949, our business has lovingly preserved and maintained hundreds acres of hills, flatlands, woods, open spaces, marshes, ponds, and streams on the outskirts of Downtown Richmond.
We are conveniently located at the Illinois and Wisconsin border near Chain-O-Lakes State Park, one hour north of Chicago, 30 minutes from Gurnee, IL, and 45 minutes from Kenosha, WI.
Whether you are an experienced hunter, fisherman or new to the outdoors, Hunt Club of Richmond has something for you. We can organize an event for you and your friends, your family or a corporate event.

Maximum group size for 50 and 100 clays is 6 shooters.
Maximum group size for Wobble is 5 shooters.
We are STEEL shot only. We do NOT allow LEAD shot on the property.
50 clays requires 2 boxes of shells per person
100 clays requires 4 boxes of shells per person

Visiting The Hunt Club of Richmond
Clubhouse
The Clubhouse offers meeting space for occasions when business and pleasure mix, as well as shower and locker facilities for your convenience. Our pro shop carries shirts, hats and environmentally friendly shell. We can even completely outfit you and your party -- including firearms -- on a rental basis.
Bar & Grill
Open to the public, our Bar & Grill serves breakfast and lunch every Saturday and Sunday in a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. After hunting, relax with friends and enjoy our fully stocked bar which is open during our regular business hours.

Enjoy year-round fishing with our Premier Membership package. Our wild Bass, Bluegills, Northern Pike, Pan Fish, Walleye, Catfish, Carp, and Crappie await you!

This is by far one of my favorite hobbies and past times. The club house is set up perfectly with plenty of room and a bar. The entire staff treats you like family and makes sure you are kept safe but still have the best time. Plenty of options for hunting and paintball. The land is up kept and well taken care of. Safety is key here so bring your orange and listen to the guides. Dogs available by request. I highly recommend coming here for the day.

VERY Hearty birds with a lot of get up and go sister.. Great fields, plowed paths, excellent cover. Pricing is pretty standard with every other club of this size and caliber. Club house is comfortable, you definitely won't be wowed, but it's quaint & warm. Staff is great, the owner is great. Tony planted the field well, the reviews all mention Tony for a reason, great guy. Guide and Dog(s) both outstanding! Laid back enough to keep it fun, strict enough to keep it safe.
Stop by one day to check the place out talk to tony he explained everything I asked about and more.. this place is awesome I would recommend anyone who likes being outdoors. This place is awesome new favorite place to have fun stop in talk to tony he will take care of you.

Outdoor Paintball
General park admission grants paintballers nine different scenario fields spread across 70 acres. Each combatant gears up with full equipment rentals that include a paintball gun, a hopper, an HP air tank (3,000 psi), an ammo pouch, and a face mask. Field themes include frontier and old western town.
